While many attorneys in Texas represent victims of severe injury and wrongful death, only a few have nursing experience like Kathleen. In addition to representing injured individuals and families all over Texas since 2006, Kathleen is a board certified registered nurse. From 2000 to 2006, she worked as a registered nurse and student nurse practitioner in hospitals and clinics in Dallas, Atlanta, and Boston. From 2009 to 2025, she taught nursing jurisprudence, ethics, and other courses in Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing's RN to BSN Program. 

Kathleen did not know any attorneys before attending law school so she understands the fear and uncertainty that goes along with the insurance claims process and hiring a lawyer, especially while trying to recover from a traumatic injury or loss of a loved one.
